This role is required to work in-office 5 days a week at one of the locations listed in the requisition; Charlotte and Atlanta.

As a Consumer Deposits Senior Product Analyst supporting the consumer savings portfolio, you will play a critical role in driving deposit growth by ensuring the portfolio delivers best-in-class products that meet evolving client needs and remain competitive in the market. You will identify and lead product enhancement initiatives, monitor and report on portfolio performance, track competitive trends, and deliver data-driven insights to inform pricing and campaign strategies. You will partner cross-functionally to optimize balance growth, profitability, and overall client experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify and execute product enhancements by analyzing business and client needs, documenting requirements, measuring performance, and interpreting results to drive profitable growth, operational soundness, or regulatory compliance. Lead product development initiatives and other projects.

2. Track and monitor portfolio performance including new account openings, balances, channel mix, and trends in client behavior. Analyze peer offerings and maintain a deep, ongoing understanding of competitive product features and rates.
3. Assist in the design and execution of marketing, promotional and sales campaigns to drive client acquisition, deepening and retention for deposits.
4. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key partners (Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Distribution, Servicing, Operations, Analytics, Technology, etc.).

5. Partner with analytics teams to identify and conduct analysis around client behavior and needs.

6. Perform research into competitor products and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in a business-related major with a strong academic record, or equivalent education and related training
2. 4+ years of work experience within Banking or Financial Services
3. Strong partnership-building and collaboration skills with proven ability to drive projects to completion.
4. Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills - ability to generate actionable insight and recommendations based on analytics.
5. Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams without formal authority
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly convey insights and conclusions to peers and managers.
7. Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities based on senior management direction
8. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, and ability to take initiative and adapt to new responsibilities.
9. Demonstrated ability to follow risk management guidelines and procedures and to identify and escalate risks.
10. Ability to interact with third party vendors on ongoing monitoring and partnership activities.
11. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
12. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Preferred Qualifications:
1. 3+ years combined experience in Deposits Product Management, consumer banking, small business banking, debit or payments.
2. Previous experience working with partners in marketing, finance, acquisitions, product development and analytics.
3. Understanding and experience on client interaction and client management. Experience working in a branch or client contact center.
4. Experience in the Product Management lifecycle including idea generation, developing, implementing and managing products and services
5. Experience working with data analytics partners.
6. Project Management experience
